| May 1973 | Yayama Industry Ltd. was newly established with its capital of 2 million yen to merge the manufacturing division of Yayama and the Company Ltd. and start its integrated management from manufacturing to sales. |
| April 1980 | the facility of the mortar factory was diverted and enhanced into manufacturing of recarburizers, etc. and processing of recycled electrodes with its manufacturing division further expanded. |
